Arms talent tree 33
War Academy(3/3)-Increases the damage of Mortal Strike,Raging Blow,Devastate,Victory Rush and Slam by 15%.-Way Overpowered. It's always good to have 15% more damage on your basic spells.
Field Dressing(2/2)-Increases all healing received by 6% and the effectiveness of your self-healing abillities by and additional 20%-As you can see when somebody heals you, he heals you for 6% more, and if you/proc self healing spell it will heal 20% than usual.
Blitz(1/2)-Your Charge generates 5 additional rage and stuns an additional nearby target.-Why did I chose it to be 1 point out of 2? You can stun 2 enemies if you charge and if they are near eachother plus 5 more rage. Your charge generates 20 rage+5 rage from this talent is 25 rage.2 out of 2 points is useless comparing to other talents.
Second Wind(2/2)-Whenever you are struck of Stun or Immobilize effect you you generate 20 rage and 6% of your total health over 10 seconds.-It's always good to have it 2/2. As it says when you are struck of Stun or Immobilize (When somebody root you in place or Stun you) you get 20 rage and 6% of your total health OVER 10 seconds.Useful in PvP.
Deep Wounds(3/3)- Whenever you crit you cause your target to bleed over 6 secs dealing 48% weapon damage.Great in PvP, one of the best bleeding spells for warrior.
Taste for Blood (3/3)-Increases your Overpower critical strike chance by 60%, whenever your rend causes damage you have 100% chance to activate Overpower for 9 secs.This effect cannot occur more than 5 seconds.Useful talent in PvP (Warrior MUST have this)
Impale(2/2)-Increases the critical damage bonus of Mortal Strike,Overpower and Slam by 20%.
Improved Hamstring(2/2)Whenever you use Hamstring it has 100% chance to immobilize your target for 5 secs. This effect can't occur more than once every 30 secs.
Slam-(2/2) Decreases the cast time of your slam by 1 second and increase damage of Slam.
Deadly Calm-(1/1)-This is a spell and when you use it your attacks will consume no rage for 10 seconds.
Blood Frenzy(2/2)-Your bleeds cause the targets to take extra 4% physical damage and 30% bleed damage and your autoattacks have 10% to generate 20 rage.]
Lambs to the Slaughter(3/3)-Each time you use mortal strike it causes the effect to increase the damage of your Execute,Overpower,Slam and Mortal Strike by 10%.This may stack up 3 times and lasts 15 secs. When it's stack you'll have 30% increased damage by Execute,Overpower,Slam and Mortal Strike.
Juggernaut(1/1)-You can use Charge in combat and charge stun duration is increased for 2 secs. When you charge you gain Juggernaut buff to increase critical chance of Mortal Strike and Slam by 25% for 10 secs. Charge and Intercept now share Cooldown.
Sudden Death(2/2)-Your melee hits have 6% chance of resetting Cooldown of your Colossus Smash and allows you to keep 10 rage after using Execute.
Wrecking Crew(2/2)-Your Mortal Strike critical hits have 100% chance to Enrage you increasing your damage by 10% over 12 seconds.
Throwdown(1/1)-A spell that can stun the target (Knock him on the ground) for 5 seconds.Costs 15 rage and has 45 second Cooldown.
Bladestorm (1/1)-You become a whirling storm all nearvy enemies for 150% weapon damage and continuing to perform strikes over 6 seconds every 1 sec. While under effects of Bladestorm you can't be stunned,Slowed,immobilized.Only Disarmed by another player.

Blood Craze(3/3)-After taking any damage you have 10% chance to regenerate 3.5% of your total health over 5 secs.
Cruelty(2/2)-Increases the critical strike chance of Bloodthirst,Mortal Strike and Shield Slam by 10%.
Rude Interruption (2/2)Successfully interrupting a spell with Shield bash or Pummel increases your damage by 5% for 30 secs.
Piercing Howl(1/1)-Causes all enemies withing 15 yards (Glyphed) to be dazed and thei movement speed reduced by 50%.
Those talents have been tested and confirmed that are the best combination for Arms Warrior in PvP,meaning Battlegrounds,Arenas...
2.Glyphs:
Prime Glyphs:Glyph of Overpower,Glyph of Bladestorm,Glyph of Mortal Strike.
Major Glyphs:Glyph of Piercing Howl,Glyph of Victory Rush,Glyph of Long Charge
Minor Glyphs:Glyph of Command,Glyph of battle,Glyph of Demoralizing Shout
3.Professions:
Tailoring and Enchanting. Why them? Tailoring has enchant called Swordguard Embroidery that has a chance to proc buff that increases your attack power by 1000.Enchanting because of 2 enchants for Rings. It's free +80 strenght and you can earn much gold with enchanting.
4.Gear:
Full Vicious gear.Get Trinket from Tol barad "Impatience of Youth" and PvP trinket "Vicious Gladiator's Insignia of Victory. If you can donate coins on Molten or go to BWD raid you can buy/receive Heart Of Rage HC version trinket.
5.Stats:
You need to make sure to get Hit cap to 05.00% so you won't miss anything, get Epertise around 14-22 (you can get more,it won't hurt).Mastery is arms' main stat.I will explain where to put it with reforging and gemming.
6.Gemming:Get every bonus of gems you can.
Blue:Hit Rating (40)
Yellow:Mastery(40)
Red:Strenght(40 or 67 if you are Jewelcrafter!)
Meta Gem:54 Strenght and 3% increased Critical Damage (Reverberating Shadowspirit Diamond)
7.Reforging: Reforge to Expertise,mastery,critical strike or hit. As you like.
Expertise:Trinket (Impatience of Youth),Boots,Hands.
Mastery:Neck,Chest,Waist and 1st Ring.
Hit:Shoulders,Wrist,2-handed Weapon,2nd Ring.
Critical Strike: Legs.
Dont reforge:Head,Back,Throw Weapon.
8.Enchants:
Head: 60 Strenght+35 Mastery
Shoulders: 50 Strenght+30 Resilience
Back: Swordguard Embroidery
Chest: 15 All Stats (20 is better if you get it)
Wrist: 50 Critical Strike
Hands: 50 Mastery
Waist: Extra socket spot.
Legs:190 Attack Power+55 Critical Strike
Boots: 30 stamina+Minor Movement Speed (You can choose 30 mastery instead of 30 stamina, your choise)
2H Weapon: Landslide
2 Rings: 40 strenght on each (If have Enchanting) =80 strenght

Here is an overview of all the important macros for warriors to use in PvP.
Battle Stance arms macro+2-Hand Weapon equip:

This macro will help you equiping your Two-handed weapon while in combat and also get you to Battle Stance.(You can use this if you are in defensive stance and if you have One-Hand weapon and Shield equiped).
Defensive Stance Macro+1-Hand Weapon and Shield:

/equipslot 16 Name of 1-Hand Weapon

This macro is really useful macro when you want to switch from 2-Hand Weapon to 1-Hand Weapon and Shield and Defensive stance.
Charge cancel Bladestorm macro:

This macro will help you to cancel bladestorm effect.It's always great to add it on charge(When you fight a mage,you will use bladestorm,if he blinks you will be able to cancel your Bladestorm and Charge him.
Spell Reflection Macro:
/equipslot 16 Name of your 1-Hand Weapon
/equipslot 17 name of your Shield
/cast Spell Reflection
As arms your main stance is Battle Stance,as you know Spell Reflection can be used in Battle Stance.This macro will allow you to equip your 1-Hand Weapon and Shield and at the same moment pop Spell reflection.After spell reflecting I suggest you to use my macro "Battle Stance arms macro+2-Hand Weapon equip" to get 2-Hand Weapon back and hit the target.
Disarm macro:

/equipslot 16 Name of your 1-Hand Weapon

This macro will let you disarm the target.
Intervene Macro:

This macro is made only for arenas.You can intervene your partner by one press of your key.That can help you charge on other target if you are in trouble or in any bad situation going on in arena.

/use Impatience of Youth(Name of your DPS trinket)
There are 2 kinds of One shot macros.You just need to decide will you use Deadly Calm or Inner Rage. If you wish to use Inner Rage then rename Deadly Calm with Inner Rage.It's your choise. I use Deadly calm for reason (I can get on target and attack him with full Rage and then I use Inner Rage)Dont forget that you CAN'T use Inner Rage and Deadly Calm together.
HP Macro:

/use Enraged Regeneration
Enraged Regeneraion can't be used if you aren't enraged.Berserker rage enrages you and if you aren't Enraged you will be able to use this without needing to press Bersker rage and then Enraged Regeneration.One key push and you have it.
Pummel Macro:

/cast Pummel
Pummel is Warrior's interrupting spell that you can use.It costs 10 rage and its instant spell (10 sec Cooldown). .This is a really helpful macro for arenas that can help you pummel anybody in arena without needing to target them.Just come close to player you want to interrupt, and with your macro , keybinded on same action bar like your ordinary pummel , you will interrupt him. That can be 2v2,3v3,5v5, doesnt matter.I also recommend really helpful Addon called "Tidyplates"that can help you see cast bar of ANY player, bellow their health bar.
